MUST HAVES:

• One year retail experience, clothing preferred
• Stylish with an appreciation of fashion trends
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Superb attention to detail, effective problem solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to wow the customer with excellent customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Availability and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, store openings and closings

A day in the life:
As a Cupcake Sales Associate, you will exceed the customer's expectations in helping them find everything they need while working as a team to create an amazing store experience. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work scheduled Retail shifts
• Build genuine relationships with customers
• Assist customers with sales, gift registries and special orders
• Gift wrap
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock storewide
• Uphold Cupcake Culture and company policies
